We got a brief form Vistra on their capabilities. Vistra Communications is a veteran-owned PR &amp; marketing agency with offices in Tampa, FL &amp; Washington DC providing solutions to Fortune 500, federal, state &amp; local government. They are a Class 3 MBE with over $1 million in spend with MBEs.
